The Challenge
MIT Sloan aimed to improve alignment between its admissions processes and its institutional values. Addressing these gaps were critical to strengthening both the admissions process and the school’s overall culture.
Our Approach

- Auditing marketing and recruitment materials along with other tools and resources to assess alignment with institutional values and the applicant experience.
- Reviewing the admissions process to identify areas where inconsistencies may exist.
- Conducting qualitative analysis through staff interviews to understand the employee perspective and gather insights on culture, operations, opportunities for improvement.
The Results
