The Challenge

To ensure the right approach, DSG Consulting first conducted an in-depth discovery process to understand Netflix’s specific business needs and identify customized solutions. The partnership revealed an opportunity to accelerate Netflix’s access to leadership talent, strategic partnerships, and professional networks aligned to its business goals. A key priority was expanding entry into high-value networks where Netflix could build relationships, exchange knowledge, and tap into broader talent and resource pipelines to support long-term growth.

The Tactics

DSG Consulting designed and produced the Re-Write Dinners (formerly known as Jefferson Dinners), a series of curated, in-person and virtual executive convenings created to foster dialogue on leadership, representation, and the future of the C-suite during a period of significant disruption. DSG Consulting and Netflix selected timely topics and keynote speakers capable of informing, challenging, and inspiring senior leaders across industries.

Through its expansive leadership network, DSG curated a group of C-suite executives, SVPs, and senior leaders representing a broad range of backgrounds and perspectives, and managed all event logistics and execution for the Re-Write Dinners, as well as additional smaller gatherings and mixers designed to expand executive connectivity and access to leadership talent.

In parallel, Yardstick supported Netflix with executive sourcing efforts, resulting in multiple executive placements to date.

The Results
