The Challenge
DSG Consulting conducted an audit of hiring materials and job specifications, followed by the development of a strategic career site blueprint to enhance employer branding, workplace storytelling, and organizational alignment. The engagement included leadership discussions on culture and belonging, structured hiring and job description trainings, and ongoing recruitment support to strengthen Inspire Brand’s talent pipeline.
The Tactics and Results
DSG Consulting identified foundational strengths and key areas for improvement within the Inspire Brands talent practices, and communicated clear development priorities with the leadership team. As a result of the engagement, Inspire gained access to a robust slate of candidates, along with a curated list of external organizations and talent networks from DSG’s in-house database to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
