The Tactics and Results
DSG Consulting began by conducting a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Audit and Report to evaluate the alignment between Panasonic’s organizational goals and its long-term vision for workforce growth and success. The team then performed an industry analysis to identify opportunities to strengthen talent pipelines and enhance employee engagement.
In partnership with DSG Consulting, existing recruitment and retention practices were reviewed to pinpoint areas for improvement across the talent lifecycle. DSG Consulting also facilitated a Performance Review Analysis to uncover potential disparities affecting employee development and progression. Managers and recruiters participated in an interactive workshop focused on equitable assessment, inclusive communication, and relationship-building strategies to expand outreach and strengthen candidate connections.
As a result, Panasonic emerged with specific areas of improvement customized to its company culture, including refined leadership recruitment and selection processes, and expanded and more diverse talent network, an improved organizational strategy toward external talent, improved employer reputation, and a customized playbook to guide ongoing workforce strategy.
