Our Approach

DSG Consulting partnered with Roark to design and advance high-impact strategies focused on leadership, access, and opportunity. Together, they developed initiatives to expand access and awareness of investment banking and private equity careers among underrepresented communities, including a tailored curriculum and with mission-aligned educational institutions and industry groups.

Internally, Roark focused on building up talent practices, broadening recruitment pipelines through a new externship program, and supporting portfolio companies in enhancing their own workforce and culture strategies.

The Tactics and Results

Over the course of 9 months, our partnership resulted in:
