She brings global expertise in business transformation, performance improvement, and strategic data analytics.  With a strong analytical approach, Linda partners with clients to deliver actionable insights that enhance business processes and drive strategic alignment.

Linda is a results-oriented Operations Professional with a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and organizational transformation across diverse industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and finance. 

She specializes in process optimization, performance evaluation, and regulatory compliance, leveraging data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies to enable organizations to make informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth. Skilled in facilitating and coaching complex improvement initiatives, Linda provides actionable solutions that optimize performance and deliver measurable results. Originally from the Dominican Republic, where she earned a BS in Industrial Engineering, she brings a data-driven approach to her work, using analytics to inform strategic decision-making. She also holds an MBA from EAE Business School in Spain, further enhancing her global business perspective. Certified in Lean Six Sigma from the University of Georgia and serving as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Linda excels at organizational optimization and change adoption. Passionate about community impact, she partners with community organizations to promote well-being and close the opportunity gap for underserved children. She currently resides in Athens, GA, with her husband and two children.
