Christa Pryor, M.S., C.S.C.S.
Christa Pryor is a Body Engineer, Neuro Performance pioneer, Founder, speaker, and author exploring a provocative question: What if the next frontier of human performance isn’t about pushing the body harder, but understanding the brain better?
A former two-sport collegiate athlete with a Master’s degree in Human Biodynamics, Christa spent 25 years in strength and conditioning, including as a Division I Head Strength Coach. A decade of study in functional neurology and sports vision ultimately shifted her perspective from viewing the body as a collection of parts to understanding it through a neurological lens, as one integrated system. The brain isn’t an accessory to performance; it is the operating System.
That perspective led her to pioneer a neuro-performance methodology that integrates neuroscience, movement, and recovery to optimize how humans move, recover, and thrive. Her work has expanded beyond elite sport into leadership and business, including as a graduate of the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women program.
Christa has coached world champions and Olympians, including WBO Champion Manny Pacquiao and Olympic Gold Medalist and Grand Slam tennis champion Victoria Azarenka, as well as athletes across the NBA, NFL, AVP, and international soccer. She is a member of the elite XPT Coaches team and has taught and volunteered across six continents. Her work has been shared with audiences at Stanford, Caltech, USC, and through the NBA’s Basketball Without Borders and Basketball Africa League.
Through Mind Body Game®, Christa translates principles from elite athletic performance into strategies that help leaders protect brain health, extend vitality, and sustain high-level cognitive performance for the long game.
