Dr. Nazaneen Homaifar

Dr. Nazaneen Homaifar is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and Medical Director at Seven Starling, a venture-backed digital mental health platform operating across more than 22 states that provides specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management for women across the full arc of their reproductive lives. She brings a clinician’s perspective shaped by years of translating patient care into scaled digital health solutions and trusted content for women navigating an often overwhelming health information landscape.

Dr. Homaifar trained at the University of California, San Francisco, where she later joined the faculty, before serving as Division Chief of Obstetrics at Inova Health System, overseeing more than 19,000 annual births. A graduate of Harvard Business School, she has served as Chief Medical Advisor at Natalist and as a medical advisor for Flo Health, a unicorn femtech platform with nearly 70 million monthly active users across 66 countries, where she has developed clinical content at global scale. She holds advanced certification in menopause medicine and is a Fellow of ACOG and a member of The Menopause Society. She continues to see patients in her concierge gynecology practice in Palo Alto, California.

At the 2026 Yardstick Innovation Institute, Dr. Homaifar will explore how menopause affects women in the workplace and what leaders can do to build cultures where women can perform, lead, and thrive through midlife and beyond.
