Fred Goff

Fred Goff is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jobcase, Inc., the only social platform dedicated to empowering workers. He has emerged as a leading voice for worker advocacy and on issues related to the future-of-work such as AI’s impacts on labor. Characterized as “amplifying the voice of the worker,” Fred and Jobcase’s advocacy is informed by an abundance of behavioral market data and years of interaction with workers in the Jobcase community. With more than 130 million registered members – of which, 20+ million are active every month – Jobcase has recently been ranked by Comscore as the 3rd largest online destination for career services.

Prior to his career as a consumer internet entrepreneur, Fred enjoyed a successful career on Wall Street. Fred, originally from Toledo, Ohio, is a first-generation college graduate holding a B.S. in Economics and M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and an M.S. in Management of Technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
