Jackie Martin
Jackie’s career is best summarized in one word: Trailblazing. It started at General Mills as a Quality Engineer after graduating from the University of Michigan with dual degrees in Chemical Engineering & Biochemistry. After her three-year stint in manufacturing, she pursued an MBA in Marketing from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. This landed her at Kimberly Clark Professional where she accelerated her career, leading strategic B2B innovation, marketing, and growth projects for major consumer brands, including earning her first U.S. patent.
Although always a part of talent management and diversity & inclusion (D&I) efforts, Jackie didn’t officially pursue her passion in the people space until 2012. It started with leading marketing capability and functional talent acquisition which opened the door to become Kimberly Clark Professional’s first ever Diversity & Inclusion Leader. From there, Jackie accelerated her career in the D&I space, landing roles at Cox Automotive, PwC and ultimately Fox.
As Fox Factory’s first Chief Purpose & Inclusion Officer, Jackie oversees Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement, Learning & Development, Sustainability, Social Impact, Organizational Development, Employer Branding, and Corporate Communications.
In her spare time, Jackie is an avid musical theater enthusiast, as well as a Zumba instructor. Last but not least, Jackie stays grounded in what she values most: her family. She is married and has three children.
