Jessica Hardeman is the Global Head, Attraction, Engagement, & Culture at Indeed, where she leads programs that bring talent to the company that reflects the world around them and keeps that talent invested in Indeed’s mission to help all people get jobs. She works to ensure that such programs are equitable, innovative, and compliance-driven, and that they promote a healthy, psychologically safe work environment at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Organized and process-driven, Jessica has over 15 years of experience building, standardizing, and owning programs, events, and operations at scale. With deep expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Recruiting, Strategic Partnerships, Training & Development, and Compliance, she has headed national, regional, and local-level operations for senior executives, created programs from scratch, and executed massive department and company-wide transformations. At KPMG, she held various leadership roles, including being handpicked for a secondment as Chief of Staff, Inclusion & Diversity and, as National Operations Associate Director, driving nationwide recruiting and hiring for the firm’s highest-volume practice, Risk Advisory. Jessica’s background in financial management and foundational work as a “Big 4” auditor further strengthens her strategic approach to operations.

Jessica holds a B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master’s of Accountancy from Saint Louis University. She regularly gives talks about talent management best practices and equitable hiring, and has been featured in publications such as HRO Today and RecruitingDaily.
