Leslie D. Humphries

Leslie is a seasoned HR Executive with experience leading corporations and impacting corporate performance and driving organizational objectives toward profitability. Leslie has extensive expertise in strategic restructuring, initial public offerings (IPO’s), as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) at major Fortune 100 companies including Google, Netflix, Amazon, and private equity organizations.

She has a proven track record in strategic planning & business-HR alignment, talent development, and promoting enterprise-wide employee engagement in competitive, rapid paced business environments. Her ability to build repeatable, sustainable, scalable mechanisms to achieve significant milestones enables her to to vacillate between private equity ventures to large scale corporations.

At Netflix, Leslie led a team of HR Leaders to drive the people strategy for the Finance, Operations, and Technology organizations supporting the C Suite including both the Co Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) where she played a key leadership role in scaling Netflix for international expansion. Prior to Netflix, Leslie led a Global HR organization supporting the Amazon SVP of Consumer Technology leader (member of the CEO leadership team) with a portfolio of technology organizations impacting thirty-nine thousand employees/technologists globally. She was responsible for building and executing the Human Resources Operational and multi-year strategy to enhance organizational effectiveness and meet strategic business goals as well as the Consumer Site strategy.

Leslie also has experience as a Chief People Officer (CPO) having served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer for SecureWorks. In this role she reported to the Chief Executive Office (CEO) and was responsible for all aspects of human resources management and operations including leading company-wide organizational redesign and staffing efforts. Leslie led the organization and her teams through two (2) successful international and domestic acquisitions including the acquisition by Dell Technologies (Dell).
