
Neal Schore
Neal Schore serves as a chairman, advisor, and executive coach to prominent business leaders, boards, and organizations across the United States. He also counsels several private equity and investment firms on executive leadership and strategic initiatives. Schore is the Co-Founder of The 25th Hour Group and the author of The 25th Hour, a professional development book set to be released by Simon & Schuster in August 2026. Previously, he was the Chairman of Lincoln Avenue Capital, a leading real estate investment firm.
Schore is the Founder and former President & CEO of Triton Digital®. Triton is the global technology, data and services leader to the digital audio and podcast industry. In February 2015, after 10 plus years working with Oaktree Capital Management, LP, Schore successfully lead the sale of Triton to Vector Capital, a leading technology focused private equity firm. In November 2018, Schore again successfully lead the sale of Triton to the E.W. Scripps Company (NASDAQ: SSP), one the largest and longest serving (141 years) media companies in the United States. In April 2021, Schore once again successfully lead the sale of Triton to iHeart Media (NASDAQ: IHRT), the largest audio focused media and technology company in the United States.
Schore previously served as Chairman of Westwood One / Dial Global (NASDAQ: WWON) from November 2007 until its sale in December 2013. Schore also served on the board of GAP Broadcasting from formation until its sale to Townsquare Media (NASDAQ: TSQ) in August 2010.
Previously Schore served as Managing Partner and CEO of MMG, a specialized advisory firm servicing private equity firms, technology, manufacturing, gaming, hospitality, healthcare, media and entertainment companies to build, finance and manage operations throughout the United States.
Schore started his career at Interep, the largest full-service radio marketing company in the United States, representing approximately half of all radio stations for their national advertising with total billings then exceeding $1 billion annually. Throughout his nine years at Interep, Schore distinguished himself as a results-oriented leader holding several executive positions.
Schore received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with emphasis on Management, Marketing and Finance, from Michigan State University. Schore is currently active with Harvard Business School (HBS) Executive Education Program. Schore is a member of the Los Angeles Gold Southland Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the recipient of E&Y’s 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year award for greater Los Angeles. Schore has three adult sons (and two daughters-in-laws) and resides with his wife in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California.
