
Sienna Jackson
Sienna Jackson (MBA, MS) is an LA-based 2x founder, consultant and producer with 15 years
of diverse experience across multiple industries, with a mission to drive systemic change at the
intersection of Cause, Culture and Capital.
During her career in entertainment and music, Sienna worked on multiple Academy Award and
Golden Globe winning original soundtracks featuring original music from artists such as Pharrell
Williams, Taylor Swift, U2, Pharrell Williams, Eminem, and more.
In 2020, Sienna founded Zoran Creative Strategy to help mission-driven brands, businesses,
funds and nonprofits create and operationalize their social impact strategy through applied
impact measurement and management (IMM), strategic partnerships and compelling brand
narratives, guiding them to create substantial cross-sector impacts.
Sienna is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Nortera, a B2B subscription software that will help
large enterprises control their risk of employment litigation and automate their HR compliance,
empowering senior leadership teams with real-time monitoring, insights and policy
recommendations to transform their organizations and validate their Human Capital
Management strategy.
Sienna has served as a board member and member-at-large of multiple nonprofit and
professional organizations, including Social Value International-United States, the LA Music
Leaders Roundtable for the U.S. House of Representatives’ Creative Rights Caucus, The
Collective – Female Founders Advisory Council for Google Cloud, AnitaB.org, the National
African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), Knock Out Abuse West, the Inaugural Board
of Governors for DRiWaterstone’s America’s Most AdmiredTM nonprofit cultures program, and
Anderson Black Alumni at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
