Tanc Sade
Tanc Sade is an Australian actor, writer, director, and record-holding freediver whose career spans creativity, performance, and elite physical discipline. Best known for his roles in Gilmore Girls, 1923, Roadies, and The Resident, Sade applies the same focus and precision to his work underwater as he does on screen.
In 2012, he broke the Australian national freediving record with a 218-meter dynamic dive and went on to set a no-fins record the following year. His exploration of human performance beneath the surface has driven a broader study into the relationship between physiology, psychology, and performance: examining how breath, focus, and emotional regulation enhance clarity and decision-making under pressure.
At the intersection of art, science, and self-mastery, Sade helps audiences reimagine performance, translating lessons from the deep into actionable insights for innovation, resilience, and calm in the face of complexity.
