Yardstick Management Institute was launched in January 2022 in St. Simons Island, GA. It’s inaugural success led to a second Institute this past summer, 2022, where a group of leaders representing some of the most prominent global companies (including Meta, Netflix, The Coca-Cola Company, Reddit, Ralph Lauren, Amazon, UPS, Pfizer, Whirlpool, Mailchimp, Jobcase, and Indeed) came together to explore the power of vulnerability. The retreat was an eye-opening, unforgettable experience with key takeaways for a more diverse, equal, and inclusive corporate America.

At our Innovation Institutes, leaders from a cross-section of industries come together in an intimate retreat setting to engage with critical topics like the future of work, ethical AI, new innovations and applications, inclusion in tech, and the impact of new tech in accessibility and social good. About St. Simons Island

This summer, our Institute returned to St. Simons Island, Georgia to continue to make a statement on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Because of the region’s history of rice harvesting plantations, Yardstick Management chose this setting with the purpose of giving the land a new meaning and every component of the Institute purpose and intention.
