This Fall 2022, the Yardstick Management Institute embarked on a journey with our speakers and attendees, as we traveled to Nevis, West Indies. With its lush landscape and majestic views, Nevis is often referred to as the gem of the Caribbean. Its rich history, kind people, and natural beauty made Nevis the perfect location for Executive Leaders to share, discuss, collaborate, and reflect on topics related to this Fall’s theme – People, Purpose, and Productivity: Redesigning Workplaces and Investing in Sustainability. 

The Yardstick Management Institute team has curated an Executive Leadership Retreat that is enlightening, restorative, and welcomes diversity of thought and being. Speakers and attendees delved deep into critical business priority areas, such as crisis management, sustainability, workforce issues, wealth creation, technological innovation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout the retreat, attendees embraced a tropical state of mind through exploring the island and relaxing in the island breeze. By bringing together dynamic speakers and extraordinary thought leaders in paradise, we created a unique leadership experience that was undeniably one of a kind; it is the Yardstick Management Institute.
